Enlight Warranty Returns and Exchanges

WARRANTY

All our products have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise specified. The Enlight HID systems have a 2 year warranty on all components. The product must be shipped back to us, or proper evidence provided within the warranty period to qualify for a replacement. Return shipping to us is at the expense of the buyer, we will pay the shipping cost back to you. There are no exclusions to this policy. All international shipments and most domestic shipments are fully tested before shipping to customers. Defective items may be replaced with a same-item exchange only. Please send us an email for further details about warranty replacements for your specific product.

We offer two options for replacement:

  1. Send back the defective item(s) and we will send out the new replacements within 2-3 business days after receipt.
  2. If you would like us to ship out right away simply order the item directly from our website. Once we received the proper warranty replacement evidence or the defective parts have been received by us, we can issue a refund for the new parts that were purchased.

If you do not have the original package, please send in a new box with proper padding or cushion.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return period on orders, starting from the original date of shipment to the customer. Most orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. Enlight will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If we made the mistake, we will work to right the wrong. For any shipment delivery that is refused without prior approval, you will automatically be charged for the shipping cost of the order or 15%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable. Only orders and merchandise which meets the above criteria are eligible for this policy. Any discrepancy will affect the refundable amount in part, or nullify the refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30 day return/exchange period on all our products (details above). If you would like a different product please purchase it from our website. Send back the unwanted items with the original order details for a refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges as long as the product returned is unused, and in original packaging.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt and we will provide you with return/replacement information.

PRICE PROTECTION

Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not offer price matching and will not credit back if prices fall after ordering.
